I can highly recommend the team at Relive Physiotherapy. I was in absolute agony with left knee pain just a few weeks ago. I phoned up on a Friday morning and Raj fitted me in that day. He went through all my options and I had the steroid injection on the same day. The results have been AMAZING which have also been helped by the brilliant physiotherapy by Shivani. I have also committed to doing all the exercises Shivani advises. I have also had the durolane injection in the right knee to help with pain and lubrication of the joint. Again AMAZING results. The whole team are just wonderful, friendly, welcoming, kind and compassionate. I feel seen and listened to which I really appreciate. I honestly thought that I would just be in pain and have reduced mobility until I had a knee replacement after a very long wait on the NHS. I have just finished a course of treatment with Raj at Relive. I had a variety of musculoskeletal-issues that had developed over time. Raj broke down the ingredients of the problem and went through a treatment regime which has sorted all my issues. Raj is highly knowledgable, experienced and totally patient focused. And his team come across as most welcoming and very well organised. I have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Relive. I also extend a big thank you to Raj and his team for making my visits such a pleasurable experience and, above all, for such a successful outcome.

Today I visited Relive Physiotherapy and was treated by Raj. I had ultrasound guided cortisone injections in both shoulders to help with pain after a fall. The whole procedure was excellent. Raj explained everything very thoroughly, he initially showed me images of my shoulders on the scan and explained where the problem was and where he was going to inject. The injections were not particularly painful, and I thought the whole procedure was carried out very professionally.I live in Wales and the wait time for cortisone injections on the NHS are 6-9 months. I was able to arrange the injections with Raj within days. I can thoroughly recommend Relive Physiotherapy and the treatment I received from Raj today was first class. Many thanks.Judith France

I was suffering with an impinged shoulder. My wife had successful treatment with Raj, so I went to see Raj. I found Raj very friendly, attentive, professional and Raj put me at ease straight away. I always felt safe, even in these difficult times (Covid). I had 4-5 appointments and a steroid injection into the shoulder, I am now back having fun kayaking. I was initially worried about the steroid injection. Raj explained the process and risks to me, putting my mind at ease, I found the steroid injection completely pain free and felt a massive difference. Thank you Raj.

I’ve had tendinitis in my right arm for a couple of years. Tried the usual self help on YouTube but nothing fixed it. I went to see Mohana who recommended a cortisone injection. That’s worked a treat. I’ve had a couple of physio sessions with Mohana since the jab and I’m now pain free. Just hope it stays that way. Thanks Mohana and the team at Relive Physiotherapy.

Mohana is lovely lady and have angel’s hands. She helped a lot . I was pain in my shoulder. I got injection from Raj and stopped pain.

I had been struggling for several months with a problem with my right knee which was limiting my mobility. Walking any distance caused me to limp and walking upstairs difficult as was getting in an out of my MX5. I sort help from my sports physio which helped but did not solve my problem. I found Relive Physiopherapy local to me, booked an appointment with Mohana for a knee assessment and was recommended an injection in the knee. Within 5 days I am climbing stairs normally can get into and out of my car normally and my knee flexibilty is the same as my other knee. I wish I had found Relive months ago and avoided all the pain I have been put through. So my utmost thanks to Mohana at Relive. I have already recommended a friend with an ongoing knee issue to contact them. Happy days ! Colin.

I wholeheartedly recommend Relive Physiotherapy. I have received excellent care and guidance from Raj who has been treating issues with both my knees for a couple of years. He has been very patient and explained the steps in treatment at every stage. The Durolane injection he recommended in my knee has given me much more flexibility and confidence. Thanks for explaining how this will work as it is slightly different to the previous injection. Always a professional, I have no hesitation in recommending you to others.

Having suffered for several months with suspected Tendinopathy in the shoulder and, having had two cortisone injections, I then had a third to stretch the shoulder capsule followed by some sessions at Relive Physiotherapy in Chester to help regain my range. I’ve always felt welcomed by the Relive team and being able to park outside is a massive city centre bonus. My physio was Shivani who has a Masters Degree in Physiotherapy who I cannot recommend enough. Goodness she knows her stuff!!! Shivani was happy to explain what the programme was and why/how it would help and how I was progressing along the way. She also communicated directly with my insurer (Aviva/ HCML) to keep them updated with my progress and to apply for additional sessions for me as needed which made it super-easy. Shivani successfully managed to get the full range back in my shoulder, the limitations of which had greatly impacted me and, to be fair, it was no mean feat considering I’d not sought medical help for several months allowing my shoulder to get much worse. I’ve been massively impressed by Shivani. Sessions have now been paused awaiting my Ortho appointment - I may need some more sessions but, if I do, I know I’ll be in very safe hands with Shivani and Relive. Well done all and thank you!

Fantastic service pain free, waiting 12 months for NHS treatment and was told wait another 26 weeks for a cortisone injection in the foot. This is why I took a chance to try these amazing people. Thank you so much. Kevin

Thank you to all at Relive Physiotherapy, whilst on holiday I needed an appointment for plantar fasciitis, I was able to be seen the following day. Mia manipulated my ankle joint that was only moving to 6 degrees instead of 16. This had never been mentioned in France where I live during the 3 months of shock therapy which didn't make any difference. I hobbled into the clinic and walked out. Two days later I was given a cortisone injection by the needle therapists who came to work early in order to help me as I am flying home later this week. This is a really great Physio place and the treatment is top notch. I have seen a fair few of the team and everyone is so friendly. Iain on reception is fab too. There is a little book in reception where customers can leave comments and it’s literally bursting with positive comments and success stories. Well worth a read and a contribution if you ever go!
