Raj Gandhi

Lead Physiotherapist & Independent Non-medical Prescriber

Raj has specialised in Orthopaedics, Sports Injuries and Musculoskeletal Medicine for over 20 years, and is the co-founder of Relive Physiotherapy. He did his Masters degree in Sports Physiotherapy and he has also gained a Postgraduate Diploma in Orthopaedic Medicine and Injection Therapy, and a Postgraduate Certificate in Independent Prescribing.

Raj is an all-round expert who has a special interest in treating back pain, neck pain and various sports injuries. He has worked as a Commonwealth Games Camp Physiotherapist and had a successful career in the NHS for over 10 years, before leaving to start Relive Physiotherapy. He has an excellent reputation among his colleagues and former employers for his Injection Therapy skills. He is passionate about giving all his patients manual, hands-on therapy. He loves talking to people!

Raj is a member of Association of Chartered Physiotherapists in Orthopaedic Medicine and Injection Therapy (ACPOMIT) the Acupuncture Association of Chartered Physiotherapists (AACP) and the Association of Chartered Physiotherapists in Sports Medicine (ACPSEM).

Raj is the mentor to our Physiotherapists and regularly undertakes training with all of them. He loves teaching and supporting others in their learning.

Raj is a father to 2 girls and in his free time he loves playing tennis, listening to audiobooks and doing photography.

Mohana Nedunchezian

Clinical Specialist Physiotherapist

Qualifications : MSc, MCSP, HCPC Registered, PG Certified Injection Therapist, Trained in Advanced Botox and Dermal Fillers

Mohana has specialised in Musculoskeletal Medicine for over 15 years and is an experienced Physiotherapist and Injection Therapist. She is also an APPI-certified Pilates Physiotherapy Instructor and is trained in Kinesiology taping. Mohana specialises in Acupuncture and 1:1 Pilates and has also been trained in Bobath Techniques.

Mohana completed her Master’s degree in Physiotherapy, and subsequently had a successful career as a Specialist Physiotherapist for more than 10 years in the NHS before she left to work at Relive Physiotherapy. She is passionate about Pilates (especially 1:1) and joint mobilisation techniques. You can always tell when Mohana is treating as there is lots of laughter and talking during her sessions (be warned!)

Mohana is a member of The Acupuncture Association of Chartered Physiotherapists (AACP) and the Association of Chartered Physiotherapists in Sports Medicine (ACPSEM).

Mohana is a full-time mother to 2 energetic young children and in her free time she loves listening to music and she is a great cook.

Shivani Darira is a dedicated, friendly and enthusiastic Physiotherapist and loves talking to absolutely everybody. She loves treating people with Musculoskeletal and Sports Injuries.

With a strong educational foundation holding an MSc in Sports Medicine from the University of Chester and a passion for helping athletes recover and perform at their best, Shivani brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her practice.

Her philosophy, "Movement aids Healing," reflects her commitment to using dynamic and personalized approaches to support her patients' recovery journeys. Outside work, Shivani is a keen dancer to HipHop and Bollywood music and says that her favourite place in the world is… Manchester! She is also currently learning to swim and play tennis.

Niya did her Masters Degree at Loughborough University where she studied Musculoskeletal Sports Science and Health, Sports and Exercise.

Niya has a special interest in running and has written a paper on the impact of Super Shoes on the Biomechanics of running. She is also passionate about Pelvic Health.

Niya loves chatting to people and listening to them talking about the things that they are passionate about. She especially feels that the look that they have on their face when they are talking about this is memorable! Be warned, once she gets to know you she talks a lot!

Outside of work, Niya loves Food, especially Asian food , Art and Rock Climbing.

Suryadeep

Suryadeep is someone who’s genuinely passionate about helping people move, feel, and live better. His love for physiotherapy stems from studying the science behind how the body works, while simultaneously seeing people go from pain and limitation to freedom and performance. Whether someone is recovering from an injury, training for an event, or just wants to feel better in day-to-day life, Suryadeep is eager to provide support.

Suryadeep did his Master’s Degree at University College London where he studied in Sports Medicine, Exercise and Health, and Healthcare, while also participating in the Basketball Society.

Outside the clinic, you’ll find Suryadeep either in the gym chasing PBs or in the kitchen experimenting with flavours. No matter where he is or what he is doing, he is always passionately defending Chelsea’s honour.

He’s passionate about reducing GP workload and improving patient outcomes. Emmanuel helps practices make the most of their ARRS funding.

With many years of experience across tech, healthcare, and telecoms, he has built a successful career in sales and business development from securing multimillion-dollar ICT deals to expanding markets across Africa and the UK.

Emmanuel holds an MBA in Marketing in the Digital Age from CASS Europe, Luxembourg, and is driven by a passion for growth and innovation.

Iain is a member of the fantastic admin team here at Relive Physiotherapy, with over 10 years’ experience of working in the Healthcare industry in various roles. He has also worked in car sales and catering and hospitality. He joined us after successfully helping launch a family business.

In his spare time Iain is a keen musician and even spent a few years in a band that toured up and down the country. He still writes music and plays guitar but is not in a band anymore. He is also a keen Footballer and football fan, a devoted Evertonian in a family full of Liverpool fans.

Iain is also a massive animal lover, especially dogs. He loves nothing more than spending time with his family’s border collie Jess.

Kat’s role as the Digital Marketing Lead allows her to use her passion for visual communication to express the values of Relive Physiotherapy to a variety of audiences. She holds a BA in Graphic Design with Honours from the University of Chester. Kat’s passion for design shows in her ability to experiment with different medias, mediums, and software, showing her versatility and originality through each project.

Kat joined the team right after finishing her Bachelor of Arts at the University of Chester. She was eager to be a part of a team where she could use design to have a positive impact on the local community while promoting the benefits of a healthy lifestyle.

Originally from Texas, Kat is a long way from home but has made a new home here in Wales. In her free time, she loves to explore the Welsh mountains and countryside. Anywhere she goes, she takes a sketchbook or a book to read with her. Most of all, she loves trying new things.
