Raj immediately assessed my back issue and reassured me that I could thrive with a stronger core. Mohana was my physiotherapist and she delivered life changing improvements which I am truly grateful for. What a superstar of a woman! Highly recommended.

When I tell you that in July I didn't think I'd be able to walk with a straight back, lie down flat or even think about being pain free from sciatic and lower back pain I would not be exaggerating. I had trained through persistent running injury, and my body had really come back to bite me. After being in severe pain for about 4 months, I decided to make an appointment in November and see if I could be helped..... Fast forward to now, and I am lying down flat on my bed, pain-free, after training in the gym to write my review! A huge thank you to you, Mohana (and of course Raj when you were on hols!). You put me at ease straight away. I honestly feel like I have my life back thanks to your incredible knowledge and treatment.....also, it helps to have a good chat through the session, too! I would highly recommend Relive to anyone needing physio. My experience was always stepping into a friendly and welcoming environment, with the best treatment plan I could have hoped for. I came to see Raj after he was recommended by many of my family members who swear by his talents. I have suffered from neck and shoulder troubles for a while so I came to Raj to help with this. Coincidentally, I found out I was pregnant at the start of my treatment with Raj. Raj did a fantastic job at fixing my neck issues as well as providing me with stretches and tips to help. He is exceptionally talented in his field, I am so glad I came to see him because my neck is so much better now. I don’t experience pain and my headaches have reduced. Raj was also helpful and understanding with pregnancy related queries I had and offered his Physiotherapy expertise even though I was only coming to see him for my neck! Thank Thank you Raj for helping me. I would recommend him to anyone considering getting physiotherapy treatment.

A truly wonderful experience, the owner Raj and his amazing team have been so helpful to me in my sessions at Relive. I suffer from Vertigo (BPPV) and contacted Relive to help with vestibular rehabilitation exercises to try to help with my Vertigo. I have found the treatments helpful and have reduced my symptoms which is amazing. Lucy provides an extremely warm and welcoming atmosphere at reception and she is always ready with a smile to put you at ease while you wait for your appointed session. Nothing is ever too much trouble and you are never kept waiting, the service is over and above anything I've ever received in any business. Raj and his team are a credit to their professions and the quality of their service as well as their knowledge, in my opinion makes Relive the best in Chester, if not the whole of the North West. I visited Raj following a motor vehicle accident in which I suffered whiplash and lower back pain. Sophie swiftly arranged appointments around my hectic schedule and was always chatty, considerate and helpful. At the initial appointment Raj discussed a treatment approach and thoroughly explained this to me. Throughout my treatment at Relive Raj was fantastic, he was considerate, kind, thoughtful and very knowledgeable. I felt at ease and comfortable throughout each session. His manner is calm and he worked his magic in every session (8 in total) I’m very pleased to say I’m fully recovered and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him and to return in the future. Relive Physiotherapy are amazing! I was involved in a serious road accident in January 2022 - when I was hit by a truck - resulting in multiple breaks to my spine, and all manner of soft tissue damage. When I was referred to Raj in November 2022 there was limited mobility in my back, and I was in a lot of pain. Two months later and thanks to Raj I have so much more flexibility in my movement and the pain has decreased to the point that I am able to live a normal life once again. Relive have been fantastic. From the moment I arrived for my appointments I would be guaranteed a warm welcome from Raj, Mohana and the team, and the clinical treatment I received throughout was excellent. Raj - thank you for your kindness, for your care, for the interesting conversations and for helping me get my life back, and to all the team at Relive for making the whole experience such a positive one.

I was recommended Relive Physiotherapy by a friend and they did not disappoint. I had been having severe problems with both my knees, and after a couple sessions with Raj I was already seeing amazing improvements. He is very knowledgeable and clearly explains what's going on in a way you can easily understand. The treatment I received was excellent and involved slowly adding in more exercises to do at home which I found much easier to stick to and remember than I have had with other physio treatments in the past. I would highly recommend Raj who is a friendly and warm personality who really knows what he's talking about.

I am 35 years old and have had long-standing back and hip pain for years. I’ve seen numerous physios and been passed from doctor to doctor but the problems have never resolved. I was feeling exasperated and close to giving up - I thought I would have to just live the pain. Luckily I decided to give Raj a go. He is an extremely knowledgeable and professional physio who was quickly able to diagnosis the problem. He prescribed me with time efficient exercises as well as doing extremely effective deep tissue massages. I can’t believe how much my back pain has improved in the past few weeks. I am so glad I gave Raj a chance and highly recommend him.

I have just finished a course of treatment with Raj at Relive. I had a variety of musculoskeletal-issues that had developed over time. I can most highly recommend Relive Physiotherapy. I am in recent remission from cancer and have a range of post treatment related muscular skeletal problems. When I first visited Relive I was in a great deal of pain and had very restricted mobility. Raj is extremely knowledgeable and a great practitioner. Under his excellent care I have improved substantially. He is very person centred and holistic in his approach, treating the whole person and their overall needs, this has been an important factor in my recovery. As well as being a excellent practitioner Raj is a great communicator, kind, considerate, reassuring and thoughtful.

I was recommended Dr Raj through family members who had already received treatment at Relive physiotherapy. I had been experiencing ongoing lower back and abdomen pain for a long time and had previously received physio treatment elsewhere, that had temporarily helped with the pain. However Raj's diagnosis and treatment didn't just put 'a plaster on the pain' like I had experienced in the past. His diagnosis was absolutely spot on, he explained things in an accessible way, put exercises and treatment in place and I have been left feeling much stronger than before the pain began. Raj's sessions have been brilliant due to his friendly and professional manner. I am extremely happy with my treatment and want to thank Raj so much for his excellent care. Highly recommended.

Certainly worthy of all the 5 star reviews on here. After spending a lot of money being misdiagnosed by another physio and my condition not improving, I went to Raj in desperation. He quickly found the cause of my pain and told me what exercises to do. I felt much better within 3 sessions after 2 months of a lot of pain. The rest of the staff are lovely as well. Would recommend!

A painful shoulder that I’ve had for seven years following a fall, finally sorted with just six sessions of physio with Mohana. Friendly reassuring treatment and advice (no heavy lifting!) and the prognosis is good. I can genuinely recommend Mohana and the clinic. My (temporary) nemesis featured below!

Mohana thoroughly investigated my condition and identified a few problems with my back and hamstring. After a couple of twice weekly sessions my symptoms which I had had for years have disappeared. I thoroughly recommend her physio skills in identifying and resolving problems.

I went to relive physiotherapy after reading the reviews and was not disappointed. I had spinal pain that wasnt going away, Mohana gave me an indepth consultation and found the source of my pain and has worked wanders to get me back to normal!

Suffered with tenosynovitis on my left hand/forearm for many months it was extremely uncomfortable and kept me up all night with the throbbing pain, I did not believe it could be treated but after a couple of sessions with Shivani it has 100% healed!! Absolutely amazing. I had shoulder/arm pain, I was seen by Shivani she did a full assessment and history and diagnosed the problem in the first appointment. I’ve had successful treatments with her since with homework and follow on plan. I felt actually listened to and very well supported with this problem, Shivani is so kind and fabulous at her job. I was fortunate to access the services of Relive Physiotherapy following a state of intense (and utterly depressing) back pain. The main root causes were quickly determined, which put me at ease, and I was then given very clear and progressive exercises, and treatment, to resolve the problem. My expectations were managed very well throughout and I’m now swimming, cycling and running, and working at my desk again, pain free. After returning home from a 2 month+ hospital stay for a spinal cord injury which left me paralysed for weeks, I was left barely able to walk with crutches post discharge. I joined Relive Physiotherapy and was welcomed by a brilliant team who always took time to speak to me and show their smiles. I went to Relive Physio as I had an issue with stiffness in my back. I can't recall what caused the issue, but Ulfah was fantastic in diagnosing the issue and recommending a course of treatment which she also administered. I was sent to relive Physiotherapy following a road traffic accident that left me with it back, neck and shoulder pain. Ulfah was excellent, and very quickly the pain became more manageable and I was able to return to my usual activities. All the staff were extremely professional and friendly.

I was referred for physio by a knee specialist after an MRI scan. The treatment I've had from Ulfah has been excellent, I have far more mobility than when I arrived and have been treated brilliantly by everyone at the clinic on every visit. Ulfah takes the time to explain every process and coach me patiently in how to stretch correctly.

Great service! Niya is absolutely lovely and very knowledgeable. As well as muscular manipulation she gave me an ever increasing list of exercises to do regularly to compliment her treatments and for long term maintenance. I am not from Chester, needed an emergency appointment for my back. Found these guys on google, called them up and spoke to the wonderful Niya, who fitted me in just 2 hours after my call. Niya turned out to be the physio that treated me. She was truly fabulous, very Professional and very accommodating. I saw her for a follow up appointment a day later just before my departure. I have been a Personal Trainer for many years and highly recommend Niya @ 'Relive Physiotherapy'.

This is a really great Physio place and the treatment is top notch. I have seen a fair few of the team and everyone is so friendly. Iain on reception is fab too. There is a little book in reception where customers can leave comments and it’s literally bursting with positive comments and success stories. Well worth a read and a contribution if you ever go!
